At Prism Pro Media we offer audio media transfer such as vinyl Record, Cassette or Minidisc to CD so your old recordings can live on in the digital age. By using a trained ear, top quality equipment and todays leading software we can enhance your old recordings, eliminate crackles, hiss, re-eq, and master so you get a quality finished recording.

Remember them old 45's you used to play, that cherished recording from your childhood or that of your own kids who are now all grown up and no longer the cuties they used to be? These recordings are important and have sentimental value and often now can't be played on modern equipment but they can be put on CD and also online for your friends and family around the world to enjoy. Transfer from Cassette, Minidisc, or Vinyl to CD, DVD or encoded into MP3's, WMA's or made into streaming media files making them easier to share over the internet with family and friends.

These recordings are usually on old style cassette tapes which we take and then transfer them to Compact Discs, adding in track divisions so you can skip between the sections on disc - no more fast forwarding! We are also able eliminate tape hiss, digitally remix the recordings to get the maximum level onto the CD and even provide you with custom / original covers..

Teenagers these days probably couldn't even recognize a vinyl record, but the majority of us still have 45s and 33 1/3 LPs which again we can transfer to CD or even to DVD, create track divisions, eliminate the crackle or leave it in should you want to keep that traditional vinyl sound.

There was a period in the 90's when it looked as if minidisc might be the mainstream format to lead us in to the 21st century. It never quite materialized but we still get plenty of people looking to transfer their minidisc recordings to CD. From our experience it seems the majority of minidisc players ended up in schools and colleges.
